By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and destination of the items in the order. Payment of shipping costs will be collected with the purchase.
Standard delivery is free.
Insurance for - Loss/Damage/Theft is £2.90.
All our items are prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours. Once shipped, please allow 4-7 days for delivery.
The total time to receive your order is therefore 5-9 days.
NOTE: Delivery time may be 4 or 5 days longer if the address is on offshore islands of the UK. These islands include (but are not limited to):
- Shetland Island
- Orkney Island
- Outer Hebrides
- Inner Hebrides
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
- Channel Islands
If these delivery times are exceeded, please email us at email@example.com so that we can carry out an investigation.
All our shipments are carried out with Royal Mail Services. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the tracking number for your order.
Track your order
As soon as we have dispatched your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
In this email you will find a link to track your shipment via our website. You will be directed to this page where you will need to enter your order number and your email address (please note that the box is sensitive).
If you wish to track your shipment directly on the Royal Mail website, please send us an email to request your tracking number. You can then go to the Royal Mail website.
Change of delivery address
For requests to change the delivery address, we are able to change the address at any time before the order is sent. To do so, just send us the new address within 24 hours after payment of the order.
If this 24 hour period is exceeded, we are forced to wait for the item to be returned to us by the postal services before sending it back to you.
If when you receive your order an item is missing, please email us at email@example.com so that we can reship the missing item.
